The perfect gift for a loved one, or a way to find new authors and books you love! With this book subscription you'll receive one beautifully wrapped book each month for twelve months, hand-selected for you by the Waystone team. 

Upon purchase of this subscription we'll get in touch via email to see if you're purchasing the subscription for yourself or someone else. We'll send through a questionnaire that can be answered via email or printed and filled out, if you want to tuck it into a card for someone to open as a gift! 

The questions in this questionnaire have been very scientifically crafted by me (Caroline) to allow us to select books the recipient will absolutely love. 

Each book is picked specifically for YOU - we don't send everyone the same book each month. We encourage feedback mid way through subscriptions and are happy to pivot or refocus if anything about our book choices isn't working for you.

The book picks will primarily be paperbacks with the occasional hardback sprinkled in! We'll also include some fun little bits and pieces (stickers, postcards etc) to keep things exciting. 

Books can be sent via post to any UK address, or picked up from Waystone Books in Dunvegan at the start of each month :)

What are the delivery options?

We are currently only able to offer our book subscription to customers with a United Kingdom address. We're working on international delivery, but not quite there yet!

You can select postal delivery or local pick up at checkout. There is no extra postage cost for our book subscriptions, so you shouldn't be charged anything either way :)

What if I receive a book I already own?

We'll primarily pick books that are new, or from smaller publishers to minimise the chances of picking books that the recipient has already read.

If you've opted to pick up the book from the shop each month we're happy to take back any undamaged books you already own and try again!

If you've opted for postal delivery we are unfortunately unable to offer to replace any books you receive that you might already own. We are, however, happy to send a hint about each upcoming book pick prior to posting each month, and if you're worried it might be something you already have we can reveal the title.

When will I receive my books?

We pick, pack and dispatch book subscriptions around the last week of each month so that parcels arrive with you early in the month.

We'll get in touch via email once you make your purchase of the subscription and will confirm which month we'll start with then!

We send out one book per month for each month of your subscription.

We're a small but mighty team with a broad spectrum of reading tastes and specialisms, and we are happy to curate books in any genre or niche!

The questionnaire sent through upon purchase of this subscription will ask for insights about genres you love or hate, as well as authors or books you love.
